Native Californian, enjoy the outdoors, sun and sand. Maui is my favorite go-to place. I also enjoy the peace of a mountain forest. I like to stay active, workout regularly, enjoy hiking and recreational cycling, urban walks, swimming and snorkeling.

I like small intimate gatherings over large crowds and admit to being more of a homebody lately. A nice evening for me would be cooking dinner together while sharing a glass of wine and conversation, then settling in to watch a movie (TCM fan here).

Road trips are fun (especially if I am not driving!) as are weekend getaways. I do enjoy meandering through a museum or art gallery, attending the theater or symphony. I have an eclectic taste in music from disco, 70s, 80s, jazz to classical. I also like some country music but not rap nor heavy metal.

I find it exceptionally appealing if you're a guy for whom compassion and empathy are traits, and not just nouns in your vocabulary.
