A child of the 50's who came of age in the 60's. Escaped Putitanism to Florida and then on to San Francisco in the early 70's. Lived in the Castro as it was becoming gay. There are many others who should have their picture on a US postage stamp beside my friend Harvey Milk.When I left San Francisco I walked 400 miles to the Oregon border along the California coast, then hitchiked across Canada and lived in the sand dunes outside of Provincetown for the summer. Have traveled extensively. The picture is a selfie a day after my 77th birthday. I have always been physically active. For those gam men those are my legs!
