Profile text:Single, youthful, mature, responsible, masculine, discreet, non-scene retired professional guy looking for a companion near my age who's also responsible. Incidentaly, not one to rush to my horoscope regularly, but do identify with much of the general characterization of the personality of an Aries.
Looking for friendship first; someone to do dinners, day trips & some travel. Also open to a LTR later if the chemistry is there, but mature enough to realize that at my age living together is not a likely option. Not into CDs or the bar scene. Have a high energy level and many outside interests but enjoy romantic time at home as well. My hobbies include movies, sporting events, golf, walking, love nature & photography, jazz and classical music, museums, good conversation...oh, yes...and great sex, too. On the stocky side, but now working out at the gym to improve my fitness level. I'm very approachable and if interested, I'd like to hear about you.
I like many of the profiles I've read, but don't often make the initial contact; doesn't mean I'm not interested; waiting on you. If I initiated contact with you, your profile got my attention. Not interested in hookups, or games, but would like to meet and see what the chemistry would be like and go from there. Willingness to communicate is essential. I'm a social drinker, but non-smoker and free of disease & drug usage.
If you're serious and you've READ my profile, drop me a note and let's talk about you and see where it goes. If the first photo I see are of your private parts, we're probably not a match. I assume that you are anatomically correct. If you provide no face photo I will not respond. I'm hoping this message will result in face to face contact and mutual interest in a friendship with potential for a meaningful relationship.
Thanks for stopping to read my profile. Don't be shy.. if this interests you message me.
BTW, It's been my experience with online dating that... When you find someone interesting here, it's virtually guaranteed they are nowhere near you! I suppose that's Murphy's Law.
