Profile text:Giving this another try... Open-minded, mature (I still feel 30 inside), debt-free male seeking similar for friendship, dating, travel, fun and more. I've been single for 19 years and am preparing for the final chapters of my life. Presently, I work a 4-day week, love travel, animals, peoples, places, nature, cinema, music, food and drink. I enjoy my home and garden- it's my sanctuary and my peaceful place.
Sexually, I am most comfortable pleasuring another man, orally, manually, etc. My partner's pleasure is what excites me. Waiting for the right motivation and chemistry, I suppose. I can play mild to wild- I've certainly satisfied my curiosities, and nothing surprises me. But try me! I love to kiss, cuddle, fondle and go from there. So much to explore! Traveling for the right one, or bringing one here is a possibility, also. Now doesn't that sound adventurous?!
I am fully vaccinated for Covid.
As I mature, I feel more connected with the spiritual. I am an ex-Mormon. I was excommunicated for being homosexual, and do not feel connected to the faith, whatsoever. However, I do appreciate the experiences it afforded me. I was an Eagle Scout, enjoyed playing clarinet, singing in the Salt Lake City Men's Chorus, and fulfilling a 2-year mission in the south of France. I was also in the Utah Army National Guard for 9 years, serving as an Administrative Specialist, then as a French Translator, Interpreter and Interrogator. I hated the military, but it also gave me some tools and experiences in life that have helped shape the man I am today.
I feel that I possess, and am searching for a man with, a strong moral compass. But in no way am I a bore! I've certainly had my fun and made up for lost time. I've traveled and wish to do more. Nature is my religion. If any of this pulls you in, let's see if there's some chemistry!
I read this poem written by a young man about 20 years ago. It epitomizes my hopes and dreams about relationship.
SEASONS
The Spring of my youth is nearly past,
And as I enter the years of my Summer,
I search my path for a companion,
My truest friend to share my laughter,
To dry my tears, to walk beside me.
One who will rejoice with me in my success,
And who will learn with me in my failure.
Someone who doesn't mind fin, feather, or fur,
Nor early hours and mounds of laundry.
As Summer mellows into Autumn,
I need a friend to build my life with,
To share my dreams and support the journey
That will lead into the Winter of my years,
Until the last sun sets across the snow.
