So as life has progressed I am trying to become a better man and I have lived a full life. Gratefulness has become a very real part of my life. Life has brought lots of laughs and in the last 10 years a lot of heartache with grief. The search to become grateful in the midst of heartache brought me through much!

That being said I am probably more spiritual than most and look at things through a different set of glasses than most. If you are a drug user or smoker or alcohol abuser we probably won't get along.
