Hi there, thanks for visiting my profile.

I'm a 36 year old guy who is trying to find the balance between being a fitness enthusiast and a food enthusiast.. so far the fitness is still holding out but time will tell if that changes!

I'm open to meeting gentlemen who know how to hold a conversation, have manners, are well presented, and understand the concept of personal hygiene. Physical attributes that attract me are usually silver hair and a dadbod. Just because I'm in shape doesn't mean that I'm attracted to a fitness fanatic. Mental attributes are equally as important to me, in fact quite often a personality will outshine someone's body. Gravity and lifestyle will get us all one day anyway!

I have an interesting life. I enjoy a walk and conversation much more than overindulging on alcohol. I don't smoke or do drugs either. Please don't contact me if you are not the same. No judgement, just doesn't interest me.
