I lost my best friend and my lover for 16 years, it was very difficult to bear, the only person who shared his loved and devotion despite my imperfection.

Well, let me begin by saying what I am not. Clears up a lot of misunderstandings and does not create any false expectations. I am most definitely not drop-dead gorgeous. However, I most certainly am moderately pleasant looking and do not hope for much more than that from you. I am not totally in shape either. I have varied interests and have not yet dedicated my whole life to the pursuit of the perfect body. However, I guess I am not far from average physically and not totally out of shape either, and that is basically also what I am looking for. I am by no long shot a sparkling wit or the life of a party. I am just as clumsy as anybody else, and a little shy in the presence of strangers to begin with.
