I am blessed and very fortunate to have meet some wonderful men in my life. I made some changes in my life to start of 2025, so taking a step out of the dating world to focus on my own personal goals. Ideally these changes will help me to become a better lover and partner in the future.

I had an amazing partner named Dan (knowme4real) for just shy of 10 years. We met on this site in 2007, and after a year of dating he invited me to move to Atlanta. We enjoyed living together in the northern Atlanta suburbs until he passed in 2018 from cancer.

Then I spent a few years in Dallas TX, meet some great people. Then in the fall of 2022, I moved back to Atlanta.

I enjoy sports, movies, theater and going out for drinks & dinner with friends. I have a few books series that I tend to read through once a year. I enjoy a variety of shows on Netflix and other streaming services. I'm a huge college football fan and follow most competitive sports. I'm on this site to keep up with old friends and to make new friends, who can smile, laugh and who enjoy life.

There are a few Atlanta gay social groups I attend. One is a facebook based ground called the "Atlanta Socializers Club" and the other group is a Meetup group called "Boyz Night Out." If you are looking for a supportive group of middle age to older gay men, who enjoy having a drink and then an option to hang around after drinks for dinner, then I would suggest checking out either group. Also if you do not drink, you are also welcome, no one judges, its social friends, no pressure to attend each month or any requirements to attend. Just sign up, show up, say hi and meet like minded men.

Usually I am not in a suit & tie or a tuxedo, I do enjoy dressing for the occasion. I am very casual often wearing sweatpants or shorts. I am a member of a gay fine dinning social group that allows me to dress in a tuxedo 2-3 times a year.
