"Does anyone still reply" This is very negative. I would rework it into something positive. Chose something that tells who you are for example: Business Guy, College Dude Looking, Sports Fan Searching; come up with something to catch the eye in a positive way. Have a look at screen names you see online that catches your eye and either copy it or rework it into something you like.

Your Profile should tell positive things about you! You want to say things about yourself that get attention.
Second state positive things you are looking for in a guy! Delete things that are negative.

Your Photo is of prime interest. Many guys do not read profiles and only <email hidden - non-supporting user - send a message instead> the photo interest them they may read the profile for more information. Those are the guys interested in you and the guys you want to message you.
