I've also found in my years on and off of this site that the same game players are here, going as strong and as unfettered as always. I do enjoy nice chats. If they get spicy that's fine too. I don't mind. What I am finding here is the lack of friendliness and just common courtesy. I enjoy paying compliments with no expectation of anything other than a simple thank you. The clique-ishness here is a bit sad too. I always try to be upbeat and friendly when entering a room or group, and to be unacknowledged is rather hurtful, particularly when it's lost amongst the constant repeating of the same lines over and over stating stats and odd proclivities. Again, I try to be proactive and participate in the room chat, but it's difficult for me to keep track of the scroll with all the repeating of the same nonsense and the mods holding court with their coterie of followers. So don't be shy to send me a DM just to say "hi".

We've entered a time in certain parts of this world where we once again must band together to hold onto to everything that we've fought for; equal treatment under the law, respect, tolerance, and common decency. Let's not have any infighting. Their tactic has been to divide and conquer and we cannot let that happen. That said, I will defend myself if necessary.
