I attended Tulane University in New Orleans, majoring in Theatre and English. After graduating, I trekked to Hedgerow Theatre in Pennsylvania to continue studying and acting. From there I moved to New York City, where I became involved in meditation and alternative healthcare systems. I became a licensed massage therapist practicing Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy,and other mind-body awareness techniques. Always searching, I travelled to India and Japan only to realize that the answers were in my own backyard. I know who I am. The challenge is: Am I willing to be who I am?

I love to write short stories, garden and take long walks through the countryside. Plants, flowers, and the human touch soothe my soul. Animals open my heart. Fine painting, acting, singing, and dancing all make my spirit soar and stimulate my own muse.

Mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual fitness are important to me; and I am fiercely interested in human rights, animal rights, and the stewardship of the planet.
